Vetta Creative Tourism and Events Elevate Package Competition Terms and Conditions

1. Eligibility:
a) This competition is open to Tourism and Events businesses which are based
within the Townsville, North Queensland area as stipulated by Townsville Enterprise.
This area includes Townsville, Magnetic Island, Burdekin, Charters Towers,
Hinchinbrook and the Palm Island Group.
b) Each business is limited to one entry.

2. Entry Period:
a) The competition entry period begins on Friday 10 November 2023 and ends on
COB Monday 13 November 2023.

3. How to Enter:
a) To enter the competition, eligible businesses must complete the official entry form,
providing accurate and complete information.
b) Incomplete, inaccurate, or illegible entries will be disqualified.

4. Prize Details:
a) There are five Brand Elevation Packages, each valued at $1,500.00.
b) Each package includes a Digital Audit with Recommendations Report and a 1-
hour Consultation with Vetta Creative Directors. Consultations can be conducted at
the Vetta Creative office at 665 Flinders Street Townsville or online and reports
delivered by email.
c) The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash
or any other item.

5. Winner Selection:
a) Five winners will be selected randomly from all eligible entries.
b) The winners will be notified via the contact information provided on their entry
form.

6. Winner Announcement:
a) The winners will be announced on Wednesday 15 November 2023 through the
competition’s official website and social media channels.
b) If a winner cannot be reached within seven (7) days after the announcement, a
new winner may be selected.

7. Prize Redemption:
a) The winners must claim their prize within 90-day period after which the prize may
be forfeited.
b) To claim the prize, winners must follow the instructions provided in the notification
and coordinate with Vetta Creative to schedule the Digital Audit and Consultation.

8. Publicity:
a) By participating in the competition, winners grant permission for the use of their
business name and related information for promotional and marketing purposes
without additional compensation.

9. Limitation of Liability:
a) The organisers of the competition are not responsible for any technical issues,
errors, or delays that may affect entry submissions or winner notifications.
b) The organisers are not liable for any loss, damage, or injury related to the
competition or the prize.

10. Disqualification:
a) The organisers reserve the right to disqualify any entry or participant that does not
comply with these terms and conditions or engages in fraudulent or unsportsmanlike
conduct.

11. Privacy:
a) Personal information collected from participants will be used for the sole purpose
of administering the competition and will not be shared with third parties without
consent.

12. Governing Law:
a) This competition is subject to the laws and regulations of the state of Queensland,
Australia, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in
Queensland, Australia.

13. Amendments:
a) The organisers reserve the right to modify or amend these terms and conditions at
any time. Any changes will be communicated through the competition’s official
channels.
