Great Barrier Reef Marine Park Authority

The design and production team worked closely with the Great Barrier Reef Marine Park Authority to launch their latest community awareness campaign. This six-video series was broadcast nationally across the Reef Authority’s various social media channels. A suite of design assets for digital and print media were completed for supporting campaign content.

In Great Hands delivered a cinematic, human-centred campaign that placed real people at the heart of the Reef story.

The challenge was clear: strengthen trust and connection by showing, not telling, how the Reef is cared for — without instruction, jargon or heavy-handed branding.

By focusing on those who dedicate their lives to protecting the Reef, we created a campaign that builds empathy and engagement. To achieve this, the campaign prioritised authenticity, featuring rangers, scientists, Reef Guardian Schools and Master Reef Guides filmed in their actual roles.

The content was designed to strike a balance between depth and reach. Longer films allowed for a more emotional and immersive experience, while shorter edits extended visibility across multiple social platforms.
