Monica is a social media enthusiast, marketing strategist, and creative problem-solver with experience across hospitality, fashion retail, not-for-profits, and radio. Her career path has shaped a versatile skill set and a people-first approach to marketing.

Known for wearing many hats (sometimes all at once), she blends strategy with creativity and isn’t afraid to add a little sass into the mix. The result is market presence that feels authentic, engaging, and just a little bit badass.

Matt joined Vetta Creative as a Senior Graphic Designer in 2024, bringing with him more than 15 years of experience in print and digital design.

Since earning his Bachelor of Visual Communication Design in 2008 from the Queensland College of Art in Brisbane, Matt has worked in both agencies and in-house teams across Brisbane and Melbourne.

He has a sharp eye for detail and a passion for typography, and he enjoys studying design history while keeping up with the latest international design and typography innovations.

Outside of work, Matt is a keen cyclist who commutes daily. When he is not maintaining his bike, he loves hiking and spending time at the beach, making it a priority to spend as much time outside as possible. In his personal practice, Matt designs posters and album covers for local and international bands and events.
